REGULAR SESSION PROGRAMS

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate Programs

  1. Transcript of Records
  2. Qualifying Exam
  3. Permit to study, if employed in the government
  4. Certificate of employment indicating work schedule, if employed in a private company
  5. Transfer credentials and/or TOR with special order, if graduate

Bachelor Programs
Applicants to any of the curriculum programs of the institute must:
      1. be a High School graduate
      2. have passed the College Admission Test
      3. have passed the College Personal Interview
      4. have an average grade of at least 85% in English and Math (for CAS 
and  CTE)
      5. be physically and mentally fit, as duly certified by the School 
Physician
      6. have an application form.Click

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS


For Freshmen
      1. High School card (Form 138)
      2. Certification of good moral character duly signed by School 
Principal or Registrar
      3. Result of College Admission Test
      4. Authenticated Birth Certificate

 

For Transferee Students
      1. Certification of Honorable Dismissal
      2. True copies of grades, Transcript of Record from school last 
attended
      3. Result of College Admission test
      4. Certificate of Good Moral Character

 

Old Students
      1. Curriculum checklist properly filled-out with grades in all the subjects
 taken

 

Qualifications for Short-Term Courses
      1. Can read and write
      2. High School graduate with knowledge in basic computer (computer 
programs)

SPECIAL ACADEMIC PROGRAM

 

The SAP is implemented through the Distance Education Program by Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology (EARIST).

 

1. Mode of ProgramThrough Modular Form of Instruction


2. Eligibility
      1.  Bachelor's Programs: High school graduate
      2.  Master's Programs: Bachelor's degree holder
      3.  Doctoral Programs: Master's degree holder

 

3. Requirements
      1.  Application form
      2. Transcript of records
      3.  Xerox copy of Passport

 

4. Credit Units for Graduation
      1. Bachelor's Programs: 144 credit units
      2. Master's Programs: 50 units (Non-thesis 56 units)
      3. Doctoral Programs: 60 credits units (Dissertation)

 

5. Period of Study: Trimester base

      1.  Bachelor's Programs: 8 trimesters (32 months)

      2.  Master's Programs: 5 trimesters (20 months)

      3.  Doctoral Programs: 6 trimesters (24 moths)

6. Admission Time:  One month before starting Academic Trimester

 

7. Degree certificate signed by President of EARIST and Vice President, International Affairs-SAP

Graduate PO ako NG 2yr course nung 2013 at ngaun PO nag nagtra2baho s govt.. gsto ko PO Sana ult ipagpatuloy pag aaral ko.. ano PO b mga requirements at ano2 PO dpt PG aralan s entrance exam.wala n KC ko idea. Maraming salamat PO.

At ano anu po iyong mga requirements?
May bayad po ba ang entrance exam?
Hanggang anong araw lang po kayo tumatanggap ng mag papasa ?

You can pass your requirements on the Registrar's Office on Monday through Friday. For graduating senior high students, requirements are - High School card (Form 138), Certification of good moral character duly signed by School Principal or Registrar, Certification that you belong to graduating class, and authenticated NSO birth certificate. Currently, slots are being filled for Exam Scheduled on April 10.

May I know when will the entrance exams be? My daughter is a graduating Grade 12 student and we are exploring alternative schools (preferably SUCs) for her intended course, Fine Arts (Visual Communication). She has taken the UPCAT but the results are not yet out. Thank you in advance for your time and reply to this query.
